About This Beer
To create this thirst-quenching brew, the folks at EP pulled out all the stops. They used a carefully curated blend of select Bohemian malts and Czech Saaz Hops. Then, they fermented very cold with a unique strain of Lager yeast isolated from a microbrewery in Pilsen, Czech Republic. Finally, they conditioned the brew at precisely 33 degrees for a solid 8 weeks!
Tasting Notes
Every sip sings with beautiful nuances of sourdough bread crust, clover honey, and hints of snappy white grape. It all culminates in a cracker-crisp, invigorating finish that cools right to the core.

As usual, Elder Pine crushed it. This one tastes as described, slightly bready, crisp, and very refreshing. It's everything I can do to not slam every one of these down in one day.
