This showstopping blend comprises a Barleywine aged 36 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and a touch of slightly younger, 12-month-old Barleywine
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting deep notes of molasses and caramel coursing throughout the sip with dynamic notes of date and fig underneath. Hints of walnut should carry underneath, leading to sophisticated layers of whiskey and oak on the finish.
