About This Beer
To make it, they started by fermenting the base with local blueberries, beautifully capturing the Appalachian terroir. Then they conditioned it on coconut and locally foraged, house-toasted fig wood.
Tasting Notes
Notes of blueberry jam mingle play deliciously well against the brew’s restrained acidity, while layers of creamy colada soften the sip. Meanwhile, exquisite hints of nutty wood fold into lingering funk and hay-like nuances on the finish.
