About This Beer
The Brix City crew teamed up with friends at Magnify to craft it. The duo started with a rich, cocoay, lactose-infused base before aging it in bourbon barrels. Then they layered it with toasted coconut, Papua New Guinea coffee beans from Roast’d, and literal cake batter!
Tasting Notes
Sumptuous Mounds bar currents surge through each velvety swig. The cocoa-nut tones cascade into delicate espresso and whiskey-kissed creme brûlée just after. On the finish, crumb cake nuances gorgeously blend into lingering notes of vanilla oak, never giving away the 10% ABV.
