About This Beer
The legendary Belgian brewers created it by combining Lambics from four different barrels and seven different brews. And with over a third of the blend composed of 50-month-old Lambic, the weighted age of this sublime sipper comes to 25 months at the time of bottling.
But then they let it mature in their cellar even longer, polishing Oude Geuze Golden Blend (Season 20|21) Blend No. 31 to a remarkable smoothness.
Tasting Notes
Dried orange aromas lead into a refreshing sip sporting intricately fruity and funky notes. The tart taste swings from notes of tangy apricot and wild green apple to nuances of hay, leather, and mildly tannic oak.
