A Gueuze is a blend of Lambics, and this one is something special. The brewers combined very young, two-year-old, and four-year-old Lambics originating from eight different brews to achieve just the right balance of tart, funky, and fruity flavors. One beer in the blend was flavored with Groene Bel — a traditional hop that is virtually unknown outside of Belgium.
