About This Beer
For this showstopper, the legendary brouwerij macerated freshly hand-picked yellow peaches from an organic producer in the north of Spain in a blend of 2-3 year old Lambics for almost five months, allowing the beer to really absorb the flavors.
Tasting Notes
It pours a golden, slightly turbid hue with an effervescent white head. Stunning peach orchard aromas and hints of barnyard funk invite in for a taste. The sip follows, with a bright tang leading into layers of ripe stone fruit and hay. A touch of horse blanket underneath adds even more depth, before giving way to a crisp finish.
