About This Beer
The 3 Fonteinen team began it with a blend of two-, three-, and four-year old Lambics, using the highest proportion of their funky, tart four-year brew. Then they conditioned it for nearly five months with 390g of fresh O’Henry peaches per liter. That’s over 3 lbs of fruit per gallon!
