About This Beer
The brewers began by macerating Belgian Mirabelle plums with three-year-old Lambic for four months at a rate of 364g per liter — approximately 3 lb per gallon! After that, they blended in more three-year Lambic, balancing the lush stone fruit nuances with plenty of funk.
