About This Beer
The team began this beauty with several barrels of two- and three-year Lambics which they macerated on whole, hand-picked Weinbergpfirsich peaches. After four months, they blended in more of the two-year-old brew, creating a finished sipper with a weighted age of 26 months and 362g of stone fruit per liter (about three pounds per gallon)!
Tasting Notes
Orchard aromas burst from the bottle, followed by vibrant notes of peach skin and lemon on the sip. Each taste will dazzle your palate with its brightly sour and ripely juicy layers. Hints of hay, freshly turned soil, and biscuity malts follow, tying it all together into a stunner worthy of a special occasion.
