Tasting Notes

A powerhouse combo of Bravo, Centennial, Chinook, and Triumph Hops lock in the hubs, prepping our palate for a steep grade climb. Once we reach the peak, we’ll encounter huge flavors of tangy citrus, fresh pine, and a touch of nectarous stone fruit making our bumpy, boozy adventure all the better.

a bit sweeter than I like my IPA but after a few drinks I definitely get that hop forward flavor just a bit too much malt for my taste buds

Solid west coast style IPA. A welcome respite from all the juicies, milkshakes, and hazies going around these days.

Delicious west coast, a lot less bitter than a hazy and easier to drink in the summer. Wish I bought more than 2!

Right off the bat I'm thinking outdoor music festival -- outer sunset garage party -- open up a white top, thiccc plastic cooler to grab and ice cold American lager -- vibes. It's giving Heineken. It's giving Sopporo. It's giving Coors Banquet. You can practically smell the street meat sizzling on the Camp Chef patio cart cooktop, alongside fajita peppers and golden brown stringy onion piles. You can almost feel the spongey soft reassurance of plastic bagged burger buns baking in the sun beside the rest of the picnic spread. Sun's out, buns out, am I right? The vibe is friends, casual, road trip, frisbee, doggos, grassy, volleyball, summer... Ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayo, and other bright (some might say over the top) colors and flavors feel fitting fits for this brew. Elevated red solo cup game. In short, this beer makes me want to go outside, break bread (and brats) with the people I love--maybe make a bonfire--crush some cans, and create some cool memories.

Aroma: Pine, citrus, malt, with a hint of stone fruit. Consistent pine with a decent malt back bone. A tangy citrus infused with stone fruit appears in the middle. A hint of sweetness presents its self towards the end.

Sister HH edition. Classic west coast punchiness with all the hops and citrusy zip. Lingering pine.
