It’s a cutthroat craft beer world out there. Especially when it comes to one of our favorite breweries: Anchorage! No doubt you’ve seen Instagram pics of fans mobbing the brewery taproom on release day. Pure insanity! And when we offered Deal with the Devil, the beer generated so much traffic to Tavour, it literally broke our app!

So when we found out about the frenzy around Anchorage’s brand-new, even smaller-batch Deal with De Molen Barleywine, we knew creating a lottery was the only way to divvy it up fair and square. There are only 114 cases in existence, but we secured a small stash and we’re stoked to share it!

Now is the very first and only time this 15% ABV, 21-month apple brandy barrel-aged behemoth is available outside of Anchorage Brewing’s taproom. But please, please, no need to cut in line. This beer isn’t sold out yet -- however, you do need to hop on the waitlist for a chance to get it!

Here are the deets:

1. Sign up for the De Molen lottery by getting on the waitlist within the next 24 hours (entries will only be accepted until 11am PDT on Wednesday, July 25)
2. At 1pm PDT on Wednesday, July 25 we’ll draw the first 10 winners on Instagram Live. We suggest escaping the board room to see if you’ve been chosen. (All other winners will be selected after we end our live stream.)
3. Each lucky winner will receive a special alert. Just click the” GET “IT button and you’re good to go!  (You’ll only have 24 hours to “get it” so scoop it up before 1pm on Thursday, July 26!)
