Batch 3 matured for 43 months in Willett rye whiskey, Booker bourbon, Heaven Hill 15 year malt whiskey, Barton bourbon, and a Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond 7 year whiskey barrel picked by Fiori D'Italia — a local Alaskan Italian restaurant.
Tasting Notes
We’re beyond excited to see how all that oak complements the base brew’s caramel and figgy tones with deep layers of top shelf whiskey and oaky tannins. And if past releases are any indication, that MASSIVE 25.82% ABV will go down shockingly smooth.
