About This Beer
For the sixth batch of this astounding brew, the Alaskan legends started by aging a rich base in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 10 months. Then they transferred it to Willet bourbon barrels for an additional 11 months.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of caramel coated dates, brown sugar, and whiskey vanilla float through every chewy quaff. Dried cherry and whispers of oaky spice carry through the end, all hiding an enormous 17% ABV.
