About This Beer
The crew at Aurora calls Aeon their “Best Pilsner to Date.”
Tasting Notes
To create it, the brewers teamed up with their buddies at Beer Tree and A.W. Wander — one of upstate New York’s most beloved craft beer bars. Together, they hopped their crisp Lager with plenty of Saaz Noble Hops for classic floral notes and subtle nuances of lemongrass. Then, to really amp things up, they added a big dose of Motueka hops for tropically fruity flavors.
And it’s all spread across a gently malty base featuring hints of bread crust and honey.

My experience with German style pilsners is that they are usually much more heavy and very distinctive. This is more subtle and very light. It’s even better with a little lime.
