About This Beer
To make it, the crew used 100% Maine-grown hops, barley, and oats. Then they fermented it with Brettanomyces for a blast of funk.
Tasting Notes
The straw-colored pour practically screams “refreshment.” Satisfying flavors of yuzu fruit and lemon citrus mingled with strong barnhouse funk swirl throughout every shareable crisp sip

interesting and funky for sure. definitely not my favorite brew but just because it’s not my taste doesn’t mean it’s bad. very highly carbonated in a refreshing way, light and quaffable yet asking to be sipped. taste starts off with yeast upfront and some hops are present. it gives way to fruity esters and some oak barrel and finishes with a woody grassy and earthy funk.

light, crisp, definitely traditional Belgian table saison character/slightest funk. hops are in there but do not dominate and nicely profiled
low abv, a nice beer to quench the thirst

Best farmhouse ale I’ve ever had. Light and light on the tang. Perfection.

Lemon, pepper, light hay aroma with barnyard funk thru and thru. Light bodied with high carbonation. Dry, peppery finish.
