About This Beer
The award-winning Seattle brewers crafted it with a soft body featuring a touch of Oregon-grown raw wheat. The team used Hallertau Mittelfrüh for both brewing and dry hopping, giving each sip a balanced noble hop character.

It does have a bit of a sour note to it, but honestly only adds to the charm. Crisp and refreshing. I’m only regretting not getting a second bottle.

Aroma of lemon peel, soft Brettanomyces, soft herb. Flavor is a slight bolder reflection of the aroma. Dry texture and effervescent. This is proper!
