Tasting Notes
Notes of fig and toffee open up the sip, then fade into sublime cask character. On the back end, rich molasses, tannic oak, pome fruit, and cognac weave an exquisite tapestry of deliciousness while keeping the 13% ABV shockingly smooth.

Great nose. Lots of flavors going on here. A little thinner / lighter consistency. Get the oak, rum and apple brandy lingering on palate. Nice. BiL.
