About This Beer
The Chicagoland brewers started with a soft IPA base, and doused it in tons of juice, courtesy of hand-selected Mosaic and Sabro Hops, plus plenty of Idaho 7, Indie Hops Strata, Mosaic Hyperboost, AND fresh Hop Head Farms Chinook.
Tasting Notes
A kaleidoscope of lupulin shifts through the sip. Bright pops of lemon zest and grapefruit juice play off succulent surges of papaya, melon, and wild berries, while pine and mint notes ground the gulp. A smooth, piña colada flourish on the tail end makes way for a lemongrass finish.
