A Note on This Beer
The Beer Connoisseur raves that Alpha Abstraction Vol. 15 IIPA is “an extremely enjoyable beer anytime, anywhere” complete with a 10/10 mouthfeel.
So, I decided to put that to the test. Just like the hop explorers at Georgia’s Wild Leap, I too have an avid interest in experimentation.
The brew’s dank pineapple and stone fruit aromas came spilling out of the can as I cracked it open in my closet (they said “anywhere” right?), transforming the space into a tropical paradise-meets-dispensary escape.
Nevertheless, I decided to experience some sips elsewhere. Sure enough, the fruity mango and papaya-flavored lushness from hand-selected El Dorado and Idaho 7 Hops followed my senses through every room in the house!
Pausing in the hallway, I had to admit The BC was right on the mouthfeel too – this stuff is pillowy soft!
I went out to the patio, noting the brew’s undertones of ripe orange, ruby red grapefruit, and apricot. I didn’t even care that it was chilly out. With its 8% ABV, every swig of this gushing tropical concoction was warming enough.
If you want a taste of this juicy “anytime, anywhere” sipper yourself, grab your cans, quick. Each Alpha Abstraction release is a one-off, and they just about never see a score below 4 on Tavour!
