About This Beer
To qualify as a “Fresh Hop” beer, the brewers must get whole hop cones into the boil within a mere 24 hours of harvest!
It’s a mad dash, but well worth it! These seasonal sippers pack big, bright, herbaceous flavors — with only a fraction of the bitterness. Today’s Altair Fresh Hop Pale Ale included!
To craft it, Ecliptic quickly heaped newly harvested Centennial and Strata Hops into the brew for gleaming, Fresh Hop flavors!
Tasting Notes
Altair brims with radiant flavors of fresh-off-the-vine strawberries, dazzling hibiscus, luscious clementine with soft, spicy pine accents.

Ecliptic was the best of the bunch. Really enjoyable.

Fresh hop beers all taste vaguely like a wet mop made of hops, like the taste of "green" between your teeth.
You can picture it in your mind's eye, that slimy lime green brush dunked in a water bucket and waved around to disperse the droplets before plunging down onto a hardwood floor.
This is the epitome of that image.

Crisp and refreshing and "bright"! Balanced through and through! Hoppy, but not overbearing, along with being amazingly juicy, this is a phenomenal IPA worth seeking out!
