Fresh hop beers all taste vaguely like a wet mop made of hops, like the taste of "green" between your teeth. You can picture it in your mind's eye, that slimy lime green brush dunked in a water bucket and waved around to disperse the droplets before plunging down onto a hardwood floor. This is the epitome of that image.
