About This Beer
The brewers crafted a complex barleywine base with a malt bill featuring Golden Promise, Munich, Crystal Extra Dark, and flaked wheat. They hopped it with a measured dose of Chinook, infused it with Demerara Sugar, and fermented the brew with London III yeast. Then, they let it mature for three months in Amaro del Capo casks.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of sticky toffee pudding and raisin coursing throughout the sip. As it fades, we’re expecting dynamic notes of herby liqueur, marmalade, orange zest, and tannic oak to linger on the palate, inviting you back for another taste.

The bittersweet from the Amaro punches through and blends perfectly with the barleywine itself. Classic English toffee on the front, bittersweet mid palate and a wonderful jam fig finish.
