About This Beer
To craft this showstopper, the spirits specialists at Interboro started with a rich, cocoa-y Stout. Then they aged it for a year in two select rye barrels for vivid vanilla oak character. Finally, they blended the barrels for a decadent brew brimming with rye spice.
Tasting Notes
Velvety currents of dark chocolate mocha and whiskey caramel cascade into crème brûlée on every quaff. Warm char and woody spice rise after like embers from a cozy fire, hinting at the 12% ABV.

a bit harsh, can definitely taste that rye. but as it warms and as you get used to the strong
rye flavor, it gets quite tasty.
