About This Beer
Elder Pine takes us to the sun-soaked Adriatic coast with every sip. They crafted Ameno with Italian barley from that region, imparting it with a breezy, crackery base. Dry-hopping with Hallertau Blanc added nuances of green fruit and white wine grapes, underlaid by honeyed wildflower tones dancing across the palate in every crisp sip.
Tasting Notes
Each clean and floral quaff is complemented by a refreshing hint of citrus and lingers into a subtly bitter, herbal finish.

Light and crisp with malt sweetness backed by a faint hop bite.Body is thin and a bit on the watery side. There are better pilsners to be had.

Great Combination of botanicals and craftsmanship, the botanicals are very upfront as the brewing methods ease them into each part of your mouth at the right times, almost making a firework show type build up to a lovely hoppy grand finally on your taste buds

Botanical forward. Body is a bit weak and watery. Shallow flavor profile.

A solid pilsner. Clean crisp finish. A solid fridge beer that can be had with just about any meal or after a nice long trail run in the sun. Tasty!

Super crisp and clean throughout. Would be great in food pairings or just after a long day of work. Elder pine makes some damn good stuff and this brew is definitely one of the better ones.

Tasted like literal cigarettes. My husband, who normally really likes pilsners, also hated it. So disappointing.

Pours with a most clear golden yellow color. Smells of subtle hops and sweet malts. Tastes a little bitter at first with a sweet malt taste to round it out.
