About This Beer
Brewed in collaboration with The Wild Rockies Field Institute and the Indigenous-owned Native Root Coffee, this rich Stout is brewed with Colombian Bourbon Aruzi coffee that underwent a yellow honey anaerobic fermentation process.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeous mocha nuances cascade throughout the pour, with hints of caramel and raisin swirling just beneath the surface. Then it all culminates in the velvety finish that begs another taste.
