The touch of Sultana Hops and foeder aging sets this bright brew apart. Sultana lends bright aromas and flavor bursts of spiced orange and dank pineapple. The foeder fermentation creates a light wash of vanilla and oak flavor — a rare delight in a clean Kolsch style!

Modist keeps one foot planted in German tradition by crafting the brew with Barke Pilsner malts and Hallertau Mittelfruh Hops. The malt lends a light sourdough backbone that elevates the light pine potpourri aromas and flavors of the Noble Hops.
