About This Beer
To craft it, the Seattle legends aged their beloved base for 18 to 30 months in a mix of 12 and 35-year-old Heaven Hill barrels. Then they carefully cellared the brew for nearly a decade, adding even more depth and intricacy.
Tasting Notes
Enormous whiskey aromas perfume the air with every pour. Notes of bourbon-infused chocolate truffle, chewy date, and dried fig carry on the quaff with just a whisper of espresso. Underneath, hints of oat mingle with cocoa, tobacco, and vanilla oak. Touches of caramelized sugar and barrel spice on the end dissolve into a complex, dry finish.
