Sour, but not overwhelmingly so. Very refreshing!

Refreshingly sour, not overly tart. Brightened by sea salt and berry flavor, with very mild hoppiness. Almost like a blackberry wine, rather than a sour ale.

I do enjoy sour candy yet this is a bit more subtle in flavor. Almost “wine-esque”. Very smooth mouth feel.

Nose is sharp and brilliant with blackberry. Palate is clean champagne like with skinned grape and hint of sea salt.

A bit light on the berry end, expected a little more of the gose style.
