About This Beer
Varietal crafted this radiant sipper by blending a red wine barrel aged Wild Ale with a gin barrel aged Saison. And because this crew is seriously top notch, 24 months in vinous oak and 18 mingling with botanical spirits wasn’t enough. They refermented the Angel Bones base on 600 lbs of whole apricots, then bottle conditioned it for several more months!
Tasting Notes
A swirl of the glass announces glowing orchard aromas. A few tart sips and you’ll be flying high on flavors of tangy stone fruit and farmyard funk. Oaky barrel nuances accent vinous and herbal whispers among its haylike earthiness and apricot juice.
Finally, each taste concludes with a sublime dry crispness that makes it an ideal companion for cheeses and charcuterie.
