About This Beer
To celebrate the milestone, the crew blended several Barleywines, all aged in Willett Whiskey barrels for one, two, three, and four years. Some of those brews have been maturing in casks for nearly as long as they’ve been opened, making this stunner the culmination of a LOT of patience and dedication. And what a beautiful way for fans to taste the maturation of a seriously impressive barrel program
Tasting Notes
Expect malt-driven notes of caramel and dark fruit swirl to into bread pudding nuances with subtle orange peel accents. All that time aging should the back end with intricate layers of oaky vanilla and warming whiskey, all while masterfully hiding the 15.8% ABV.
