About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the White Elm crew started with a rich, roasty Imperial Stout loaded with silky vanilla, guajillo chilis, cinnamon, and raw cocoa nibs for sweetly spiced flavor and a hint of heat. Then they aged the brew in apple brandy barrels for lush accents of baked apple pie, dark fruit, and charred oak.
Tasting Notes
With every swig, currents of brandy-soaked apple pie filling cascade into nuances of decadent, dark ganache. It’s like sipping on a chocolate caramel apple with swirls of cinnamon!

Absolutely an imperial stout that doesn’t fuck around. This brew is bold, dark, tasty and delicious.

Initial flavor is apple brandy and followed closely by a hint of heat. Nice stout base that supports it all.

Very nice… I wish it was readably available.

The flavor is just as good as it smells. One of those beers you take a sip and want to hold it on your tongue to collect all of the flavors. A great after dinner beer or just call it
dessert.

very strong pepper taste. it wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either. could be a little Moore balanced with maybe a little sweetness. I didn’t really get the Apple brandy. will need to taste for it on my second can.

Apple and cinnamon presence throughout

Apple brandy dominates the palate as the pepper assisted cinnamon accentuates it, then trails off in cacao and toasted malts into a pleasantly warming sensation. Well crafted and decadent.
