One Thanksgiving when I was ten, my parents decided to take a break from rainy, cold Washington State and they took us to see some family friends in Miami. There I sat on the beach with my plate of apple pie, washing down each bite with a swig of lemonade, while palm trees waved gently in the warm breeze above. 

I’d almost forgotten just how wonderful the flavor combo was, until a sip of today’s Apple Spice Gose brought me right back. 

Crane Brewing crafted this beauty with real apples and cinnamon, creating a dreamy equilibrium between the Gose’s natural lemony tartness and warm baking spice flavors! 

Every mouthful is like tasting the exact moment when summer meets autumn — where a plump, cool dollop of lemon sorbet is the ideal companion to a freshly baked slice of apple pie. Though, unlike the pairing I had when I was ten, this one comes wrapped in an easygoing, adults-only 4.5% ABV!

Which is great because, these days, I can't gorge myself on pie like I did as a kid. But, I can happily throw back serving after serving of Apple Spice Gose!

And, while I may not be getting whisked away to Miami this year, I am still spending Thanksgiving with my loved ones. I think I’ll grab a few extra cans of Apple Spice Gose for them too — this year, a little nostalgic refreshment will go a long way.
