About This Beer
This delicious DIPA is the West Coast cousin of their 4.21 Tavour-rated Asleep on the Forest Floor. The crew used a similar grain bill and the same Citra and Simcoe Hops as in that Hazy — but switched up the water profile and yeast.
Tasting Notes
The result goes down smooth and clean, with the kind of classic pine and grapefruit notes you expect in a Westie. Splashes of orange and pineapple nuances appear mid-sip before the gulp finishes dank with a structured, pithy bitterness.

Citrus & mango w/a touch of dankness in aroma. Quick hit of pineapple before grapefruit pithiness takes over, followed by some pine and an enjoyable bitterness.
