About This Beer
The Lager specialists at Schilling used exclusively Czech-sourced ingredients for a mouthwateringly authentic brew. They started with Czech Lager yeast for subtle fruitiness. Then, they hopped the brew with Saaz and Harmonie Hops for complex notes of caramel, stone fruit, and a twist of citrus.
Tasting Notes
Rich notes of brûléed brioche toast drizzled with orange blossom honey lead each sip. Decadent toffee, golden raisin, and dried plum follow until a clean, crisp, floral finish.

a classic lager. smooth, no bitter aftertaste. overall a good comfortable lager. nothing that blew me away though, thus the 4/5. but still just a good, drinkable beer.

Has the nose of a Dos Equis, but the flavor profile is more complex. Characteristic lager bight and bitterness with a unique berry twist. Tasty.

Clear, copper colored pour, a few bubbles, then flat. Malty, burnt aroma. Taste is malty, toasty, light sweetness, brown sugar. Smooth, slick. Really nice
