For this seasonal sipper, the California craft legends loaded their cocoay base into a medley of Whistle Pig, Weller, and Bernheim bourbon barrels. Then they finished it on cacao nibs and hazelnuts for all the flavor of everyone’s favorite chocolate truffle.

While we’ve yet to taste it, we anticipate decadent cocoa and sweet, smooth nuttiness in every velvety quaff. Expect lifts of vanilla oak and whiskey caramel to brighten the dark depths for a bottle that’d be home at any holiday mixer, get together, or served up as dessert.
