About This Beer
For this edition in their Harvester series, the crew loaded up a Sour base with a delightful quartet of seasonal fruit. Tangy brambleberries and cranberries weave together with sweet orange marmalade and cherries to create a layered, punchy experience that’s dripping with juice.
Tasting Notes
The melange of red berry tones and sweet citrus gives each taste vinous, sangria-like nuances. Pair it with some paella and its jammy bramble fruit notes will gorgeously accent the savory meats while whispers of zesty orange bring out the dish’s spices.

flavors were a little muddled, i got more "sour yogurt" than "cranberry orange"

My husband will drink some sours with me but he said this one was too sour. I liked it though, relatively a drier sour.

I prefer a sour on the sweeter side, this was more sour/dry than I prefer.

Deep maroonish color with fruit/seed sediment floating around. The aroma is fruity and maybe jam-like. Smoothie like fruitiness and a jam-like sweetness for taste. I was expecting a little bit of a bitter taste with marmalade. It's maybe just a bit tart.
