About This Beer
To make it, the Old Nation crew used the same hop bill as their beloved Calypso, Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe-soaked M-43 but used a special enzyme to remove residual sugars. This makes for a dryer, even more drinkable sip.
Tasting Notes
Layers of grapefruit, pear, and mango fold through the effervescent sip, with grassy pine and kush nuances rounding out the fruitiness. It culminates in a dry, snappy finish that goes down shockingly smooth, considering the welcome 7% ABV.

I liked the M-43 because it was clean and juicy even though it had sediment which is uncommon in an IPA. This is a brut IPA with that sugar filtered out. Points for being interesting but almost tastes too "bright" of an IPA for me
