About This Beer
Iron Root barrels can be tough to come by. Their award winning Bourbon that has put them on the map! We’re talking World Whisky Award’s “World’s Best” in 2020, as well as the “Best Corn Style” in 2020, 2019, and 2017. And it’s all crafted by Whisky Magazine’s “Craft Producers of the Year” in 2021.
That TUPPS procured a stash of barrels from them to produce this Imperial Stout speaks to the prowess of the brewers, and the trust they receive from even the most hyped in the industry. Lucky that TUPPS happens to be one of Texas’ most up-and-coming beer makers, too!
Tasting Notes
With each quaff, it’s tough to decide what’s more breathtaking. There’s the roasty Stout base, coating the palate in dark deliciousness. There are the award winning barrel notes, all complex and laced with caramel and vanilla. And there are the seasonal spices, transforming each sip into a freshly baked pumpkin pie, drizzled with goodies. It’s all loaded up with a belly warming 14.9% ABV!
