About This Beer
The brewers began with the same base Stout, let it rest for 14 months in Hotel Trango Reserve Bourbon Barrels, and then gave it a big blast of organic blackberries! To really up the ante, they also added Nicaraguan coffee beans, a shot of vanilla, and a custom blend of baking spices to crank up the cobbler vibes.
Tasting Notes
As the name suggests, this one is dessert in a bottle, with soaring fruity flavors tempered by a touch of roastiness. Cinnamon notes swoop in on the finish like a freshly baked crust, eventually giving way to lingering nuances of oak and whiskey.
