About This Beer
Any pistachio fan will likely go nuts for this treat. The Cycle crew soaked their Stout in barrels for three years, letting it take on luscious vanilla nuances. Then they amplified it with actual vanilla and sweet pistachio.
Tasting Notes
Silky layers of cocoa cascade over candied nuts with every thick quaff. Creme anglaise complexities follow with whispers of woody spice, impossibly concealing the 12% ABV.

Not bad as a novelty - but pistachio really just doesn’t belong in stouts it gives the beer an odd oily bite that just doesn’t work
