About This Beer
The celebrated Chicago brewers took a chocolatey Stout base and aged it for 30 months in bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it with three varieties of vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
The silky spice’s multifaceted nuances come through in the sweet and delicately floral notes that fill this thick, boozy sipper. Each rich swig delivers smooth tones of marshmallows, panna cotta, and glazed sugar cookies, as well as whiskey caramel and cola.
A peppery note in the finish along with its 13% ABV are proof positive of the beautiful marriage between orchid and oak.
