Really does taste like a gingerbread cookie when served fairly cold. I'm not usually a fan of golden stouts, but this was surprising and put a big smile on my face. Became less focused as it warmed, turning into something mostly just sweet and syrupy, but if you can split a bottle and drink it quickly, this is a fun beer.
