About This Beer
To make it, Old Irving and Phase Three aged their base Milk Stout for 16 months in Heaven Hill (Elijah Craig 8 Year) bourbon barrels. Then they hit it with a decadent melange of toasted coconut, vanilla, and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs to wrap it all up in a nest of desserty flavors.
