About This Beer
To create this one, the brewers teamed up with their pals at Primitive Beer. Together they created a burly base featuring Vermont maple syrup, and fermented it in the style of a Belgian Quad. Then they aged the brew in Blis maple syrup barrels, blended in even more maple syrup, and naturally conditioned the brew from a smooth body and effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Expect flavors of maple drizzled dates and figs, with nuances of dark bread, toffee, and caramel. In short, this pour makes for an elegant dessert after a classic meal of pot roast and potatoes.
