About This Beer
To craft this breakfast-worthy stunner, the EQ crew started with a rich base before letting it rest in a Willett bourbon barrel for over 16 months. Then they conditioned the brew on actual Cinnamon Toast Crunch, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, lactose, and Madagascar vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Let it warm, and you can expect sumptuous mocha tones to cascade into bourbon caramel and cereal milk on every velvety quaff. Hints of maple and praline carry underneath with swirls of cinnamon creme anglaise and vanilla oak. Careful though — all that AM decadence completely obscures the 17.5% ABV!

I like the viscosity. I like the sweetness. Just the right amount of barrel. I don't get as much Cinnamon Toast Crunch as I'd like. I defer to the Barrel Aged Churro Puffs - much better cinnamon!
