A bit heavy handed with the bourbon barrels. I'm not a light weight by any means, but half the can put me to sleep. Love RIS, but this was a bit too boozy.

The Pantera of BA stouts - in your face with whiskey barrel flavor. This concoction sucked every ounce of flavor out of the barrel it was aged in. A touch smooth before getting smacked upside the head with a Dime Bag-esque riff of boozy heat.

Gua, this is a pretty tough barrel feeling lol lol The liquid in the ground is also bitter and ugly ... I'm sick of my head ... Well, it feels like drinking the best. For the time being, I'll make Umaka-chan and eat it.

Very smooth stout base which blends well with the bourbon aging. Very dark and a little sweet.

good but a little too sweet for me

very boozy but very good. Rich chocolate and roasted coffee beans, but you can taste how the barrel aging rounded out the palate for a velvety finish.

Absolutely delicious. Pours like motor oil, plenty of bourbon barrel yet still smooth.

I normally really enjoy hopping frogs Stouts. However, this had an over roasted, chard flavor. Also a strong bitterness in the finish. ABV was hidden but still wasn’t pleasurable to sip

Barrel helps to smooth out the roast and hoppiness

Strong. Boozy to the point of being a little bitter.
