About This Beer
The crew at New Image loaded this decadent brew with cacao, vanilla, and coffee, excellently recreating the flavors in my favorite dessert. They even let it age for a year in Bourbon Barrels, allowing the beer to take on sophisticated nuances of oak and top-shelf whiskey.
Tasting Notes
On the sip, rich notes of dark chocolate malts and toasted sugar swirl alongside roasty espresso. Meanwhile, creamy milk sugar provides a velvety smooth finish reminiscent of melted ice cream. It’s so luxurious and scrumptious, I barely even noticed the massive 14.95% ABV hiding behind all the mouthwatering flavors.
