Here’s what you need to know about todays beer:

1. It’s from Untitled Art, the Wisconsin brewery Forbes says “might just represent the future of beverage production.”
2. The brewers crammed Barrel Aged Wisconsin Stout (2021) with so much maple flavor, you might think they tapped it straight from a tree!

In reality, the Untitled crew teamed up with their pals at Listermann to create this Stout. Judging by the sky-high 4.32 UT score, these two breweries work pretty darn well together!

First, they brewed a base Stout with bold notes of bakers chocolate and roasty espresso, then they let it rest in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for a whopping 25 months!

To make sure the beer wouldn’t get lonely, they added over 500 lbs of real maple syrup and a dose of creamy lactose for a melt-in-your-mouth finish. As you might expect, it’s all about maple up front, with hints of oak, vanilla, and whiskey caramel adding complexity to each sip.
