About This Beer
For the first time EVER, Deciduous took their ultra rare You Are Imperial Stout and aged it in Heaven Hill barrels for an entire year! Pro tip: if you let this one age a touch before opening, it will allow those ingredients to blend and smooth even more over time. And when you do finally open up this brilliant brew, let it warm up a bit, just to tease out more complexities.
Tasting Notes
Drizzles of bourbon caramel and butterscotch swirl with fudge dunked cherry notes, while the splashes of stone fruit only brighten the silky, smooth robe of cocoa. A belly-warming finish brings about more bourbon spice on the back of the tongue.

2022 Edition - like a box of chocolate covered cherries, but way better ‘cause this makes your head feel weird instead of your stomach. The cherry flavor pops, yet it’s tempered by the roasty bitterness, solid barrel flavors, and hint of whiskey.
