There’s no way I coulda waited that long to enjoy the rich caramel, golden raisin, and dried fig nuances coursing throughout the dark umber pour. Especially since the toffee and brown sugar notes expertly mask the silky smooth 13% ABV!

But I’m so glad they did because the barrel character all that time imparted to the back end of the sip is absolutely incredible. Whispers of vanilla meld magically with charred oak and warming whiskey tones to make this brew straight-up stunning.
